To maintain comfort and safety at Pelycan Landing, please observe the following at all times
- This is a working hobby farm and there are a few items we would like to make you aware of that could impact your stay.
- Please do not climb on any of the farm equipment including the tractors and bikes
- Some of the fences are electrified to keep the cattle in their yards. It is not going to be fatal, but it will definitely give you a nasty shock.
- The cattle are not pets or tame and can be dangerous if you are in close proximity to them or their calves. There is also a bull in the paddock and he is a big boy.
- The surrounding lawns around the house are not golf courses and as such you will find holes dug by rabbits, hares, wombats and even the odd deer. Please be aware of where you walk.
- The verandah around the house is not at ground level. Please be careful at all times.
